Xiangzhou Port
Xiangzhou Port is one of the zone’s major projects to develop cultural industry.
Located at 189 Baoxing Road in Hengqin New Area and covering 1,400 square meters, Hengqin Integrated Services Center serves as a “one-stop comprehensive service hall” for all administrative matters within Hengqin New Area.
Officially opened on 29 June 2015, the Center has more than 60 service windows, covering hundreds of services including industrial and commercial business, national and local tax collection, customs, national inspection, public security and real estate registration as well as postal and special services for Hong Kong and Macau enterprises.
The integrated service center also runs an online service hall. Together with the public e-service platform and the intelligent robot “tax smart”, the center has realized the construction of the “internet+” government service environment. This means that enterprises can directly apply for registration and pay taxes online, and once an application is submitted online it can be immediately examined for approval.
Via the Hengqin Integrated Services Center, Hengqin has taken the lead in Guangdong in testing the “Three Licenses-In-One” system – a combination of the industrial and commercial business license, the organization code certificate and the tax registration certificate. Applicants who register a company in Hengqin therefore have no need to apply for the three licenses in three separate transactions.
According to official statistics, the center currently has 17 departments aside from its 10 direct Hengqin government departments, including the Hengqin Taxation Bureau, Hengqin Financial Service Center, Hengqin Notary Office and ZLF Law Office.
The 17 departments provide a combined 574 approval services.
