The first China-Israel Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Exchange Platform has been officially launched as part of the 4th China-Israel Investment Summit, held at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center (ZHCEC) in Hengqin.
The China-Israel Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Exchange Platform is developed based on the Hengqin Intellectual Property Exchange Platform (HIPEX) and operated together with the Innovation Summit. Both sides have strived to create a normalized cooperation mechanism for Sino-Israeli technology exchanges.
HIPEX is responsible for the development and operation of the trading platform, which can be found at www.cnilex.com.
An intellectual property sub-forum was held in the form of a roundtable on the topic of “Difficulties and Ways of International Technology Transfer and Patent Operation.” The HIPEX platform invites experts from China and Israel in the field of scientific and technological achievements, transformation and intellectual property to present transfer models for scientific and technological achievements as well as the intellectual property systems between both countries.
Guests included experts from the Israel University Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Agency, officials from the state-level and provincial Intellectual Property Office and directors from the Hengqin International Intellectual Property Exchange Center and Shenzhen Techvisum Co, Ltd among others.
