Zhuhai Youth Federation, Hong Kong Youth Enlightenment and Macao Youth Federation have signed a Framework Agreement for Cooperation on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Youth Voyage Plan, aiming to work together to promote cultural creativity.

The agreement came on the same day that 10 Youth Cultural & Creative Practice Bases were designated to boost the region’s cultural industries, considered to be one of the most dynamic industries for the three cities.

The bases include Inno Valley HQ – also known as Macao-Hengqin Youth Entrepreneurship Valley – plus Zhuhai Bee+ Makerspace in the National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Tangjiawan), Beishan Courtyard and V12 Cultural & Creative Industry Park in Nanping, Kimka Creative Valley, Lets Cultural District and Maker Station in Qianshan, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao 3D Printing Industry Innovation Center in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, Left & Right Creative Industry Park and Zhuhai Opera House on Yeli Island.

The Literary Creation Area, which is based in Zhuhai, was also launched on the day, promoting talent exchange, resource sharing and deeply integrated development.

According to the organizer, the Literary Creation Area will serve as a deep communication link and become a normalized and branded project for youth exchange and cooperation between Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macau.

Based on the Literary Creation Area, youth organizations and cultural and creative organizations in the three cities will hold activities including a cultural creativity and new media development exchange camp, a cultural and creative enterprise internship, cultural creation market and cultural creation open class.
